Still I Rise
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I’ll rise.
Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
‘Cause I walk like I’ve got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.
Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I’ll rise.
Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries.
Does my haughtiness offend you?
Don’t you take it awful hard
‘Cause I laugh like I’ve got gold mines
Diggin’ in my own back yard.
You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,

A Mile In My Shoes
Nobody knows me until you’ve been me and no one person can trade lives with another just to see who they are and i doubt they would do that. So i truly get frustrated when people come up to me and try to figure out who i am. I am a complex individual. Everyone is. And just because my struggles are not like someone else doesn’t mean i haven’t struggle. SO when someone judges me based on some dumb shit i say fuck off and suck my invisible dick. you don’t fuckin know me so back the fuck up the path you just came from and keep it movin. . i’m mad becasue of the misjudgment i receive. I don’t take most of the people i meet seriously anyway. But anyway you don’t or won’t know me till you walked a mile in my shoes. Hate it or love it i’m still gon be me. I am sick and tired of the bullcrap ppl throw so this blog will end right here with this final thought: One day jus one day i will get the final laugh. & you’ll see what’s it’s like if you had walked a mile in my shoes,
